1. How will I benefit from a property in hill stationsn in religious places?
If you are interested from an investment angle please do not consider buying anything in our Property /projects. We have chosen these locations keeping in mind two target groups - the nature lover and the spiritually inclined. The first is those people who love the mountains and want a home in the lap of nature for various reasons- as a getaway, for retirement purposes, for a different lifestyle and so on. The second is that group who are looking for spiritual peace and a connect with the Divine.

2. Can I resale my property?
Yes you can .However in hill stations it is not easy to resale property as the demand is not very high. But in the religious places it can be easier.

3. What is the appreciation of property in these locations?
In hill station the appreciation is approximately 15% per annum depending on the real estate market. In religious places where we have our project it will be similar or a little more.

4. Can I purchase property in Uttrakhand / Himachal Pradesh if I am a non domicile?
If you are a non domicile then you can buy up to 295 sqyd of land in Uttrakhand and you can construct property on it. In Himachal Pradesh you cannot buy land but you can buy constructed property.
Now you can buy more land in corporation limit area Like Bhimtal , Bhowali .
You can buy any more land for different purpose like resort .hotel or any holy purpose after prior permission .
5. Will the property be registered in my name?
Yes in Uttrakhand Property will be registered in your name .
Yes the property will be registered in Himachal in your name if you buy in any of our sites. In Himachal there are some legal procedures. First you will get your property on a 99 year lease. Then all the papers will be submitted to court for section 118. Then it will take another 2-8 months for registration in your name.

6. Do you have bank loan facility?
Yes we have bank loan facility. A domicile person can avail of bank loans easily. For a non domicile person bank loans are possible but a tedious and lengthy process. Keeping this in view we provide company finance.

7. How can I visit your site?
We make arrangements for site visits and are chargeable. We pick you up from your place of stay in Delhi early in the morning and drop you back at the same place. For Hill station visits it will be an overnight stay. The package is for two people. If you purchase any property the cost incurred for the site visit is reimbursed to you. You may also visit the site on your own. But we advise you intimate us before and so that we ensure that someone is there to assist you.
